This is exactly what I need to get started on my fitness journey. The only improvement I would suggest is in the directions, specifically, about the Pilates bar. My direction imply it’s adjustable but I cannot find the buttons. Everything else is great and very easy to understand and get started with exercise.I also like the fact that it so easy to use that I will be able to introduce strength training to my son.
