Refund policy

SOP OF RETURNS PARCEL:

1) All our parcels have "ALLOW TO OPEN" written on them, so you can thoroughly inspect the contents before accepting it. If the rider argues with you and doesn't
   let you open the parcel, please show them the "ALLOW TO OPEN" instructions.

2) If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please return it to the rider immediately and message us on our WhatsApp no (0370 2396059) so we can resolve the issue for you.

3) We provide you with good quality and excellent products, "but they do not come with any warranty".
